Instead of tackling everything every day, batch your tasks. Mondays for meetings, Wednesdays for strategy, Fridays for deep work. Even at home, we had ‘Taco Tuesdays’ and ‘Friday Movie Nights’—a small trick that removed one more decision from the pile. -
Turn ‘Yes or No’ Into ‘If-Then’ Statements
Instead of debating whether to take a last-minute meeting, I decided: “If it’s not scheduled at least 24 hours in advance, then I won’t take it.” It cut my stress in half.
