Coaching
I coach owners and CEOs who’ve built a real company and now feel like it can’t move without them.
Who it’s for
You run an established company. You have a leadership team, but the important decisions, relationships and follow-ups still come back to you. Growth feels heavier every year, and the people at home are feeling it too. You don’t need more motivation. You need the business to run on something other than your memory and effort.
What I bring
I’ve run eight companies, and I’ve worked with four of the best-known operating systems for growing ones: EOS, Pinnacle, Scaling Up and Metronomics. Each gets something right. EOS gave me clear accountability and a weekly meeting rhythm that actually holds. Scaling Up put strategy, execution and cash on one page. Metronomics pushed me to commit to a three-year goal and build the cadence to hit it. Pinnacle added its own approach to how a leadership team leads together.
Coaching with me takes the pieces that fit your company and skips the dogma. You get one operating rhythm your team can actually run, built from what’s worked in real companies, including mine.
What we work on
- Getting the business off the owner’s shoulders: who owns which decisions, relationships and numbers
- A leadership team that holds each other accountable without you refereeing
- An annual, quarterly and weekly planning rhythm that sticks
- Metrics tied to revenue and cash, not activity
- The home side of it, using the Family 2.0 process, so the company’s growth isn’t paid for by your family
How it starts
It starts with a conversation about where your company is and where you feel stuck. If coaching is the right fit, we’ll talk through the format from there.
If the issue is your company’s revenue engine (marketing, sales, CRM and pipeline), that’s the work we do at StringCan Interactive.
