Speaking
I speak to entrepreneurs, CEO peer groups and leadership teams about building a company that doesn’t depend on the owner, and a family that doesn’t pay the price for the company’s growth.

Talks
The business that only moves when you’re watching
Most owner-led companies run on what the owner remembers, chases and decides. That works until it caps growth. This talk walks through where that dependency hides (follow-up, referral relationships, the deals only you can read) and how to build a growth system that keeps moving when you step away.
Revenue Rewired: you probably don’t have a lead problem
Drawn from my book Revenue Rewired. Most companies that say they need more leads are losing revenue they already earned. I cover the five leaks we see most often at StringCan: the Volume Trap, the Ghost Handoff, the CRM Swamp, the Metrics Misfire and the Reactive Rhythm, and how a leadership team can spot which one is costing them the most.
Family 2.0: run your family with the same intention as your business
Based on my first book. In 2015 I turned the planning habits from my companies into a four-day retreat for my own family. This talk shows entrepreneurs how to bring goals, honest reflection and a regular rhythm home without turning their family into a board meeting.
What growth actually costs
For most of my career growth was the scoreboard. This is the honest version of what it cost me, from marriage to health to friendships, and the planning habits I use now to keep the business and the life I want pointed in the same direction.
